Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (E-Books, Source Code, UI Kits, Premium Notes), all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot revoke access, making standard refunds difficult.
2. Exceptions for Refund
We will issue a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-delivery of the product: If due to some mailing issues or server issues you do not receive a delivery email from us, you must contact us within 3 days.
- Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If a product has a major defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued.
- Product not-as-described: Such issues must be reported to our technical support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Page or email us directly with your Order ID, Payment ID, and the reason for the refund. Our administrative team will review your request and process the refund to your original method of payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree) within 5-7 business days if approved.
4. Payment Gateway Refunds
Once our Head Administrator processes a refund, the payment gateway will automatically reverse the transaction. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
